We had a fantastic time staying at The Inns on 69 Spring for a bachelorette weekend in Charleston. The home was lovely and had a charming outdoor space, and plenty of room for our group to gather and relax. Having access to full kitchens and laundry made everything more convenient. The location couldn’t have been better; nestled in a quiet, walkable neighborhood but still just minutes from King Street, great coffee shops, and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. Highly recommend this spot for a group trip to Charleston!
The location was good, a few blocks off king street....
The location was good, a few blocks off king street. The entrance to the unit was set back. We didn’t realize it was two separate units until check in which made sleeping arrangements hard since we had children with us. There were also a lot of bugs in the unit, they were everywhere. The sheets on the bed were stained and there were issues with the plumbing. The host however was very responsive and offered to come fix the plumbing which we chose not to do since it was a one night stay.

The Inns was very nice and spacious. Location was great and very peaceful. Communication was great. Had questions about the parking. That was my only concern, but it was handled in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again if I have a large party of friends and family.

This Airbnb was perfect for our girls trip! The setup with two connected units gave us the best of both worlds — shared spaces to hang out and enjoy together, plus a little privacy when we needed it. Having two kitchens and dining areas was a bonus, especially for a medium-sized group like ours.
The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated having a first-floor bedroom with its own private bathroom. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged — there were plenty of towels, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location couldn’t have been better! We were just a short walk to all the fun restaurants, bars, and shops on King Street. Highly recommend for any group visiting Charleston!

The Inns was a great spot for a small bachelorette party I hosted for my friends. The two spaces worked well, allowing us to spread out but have a space large enough to hang out together. The spot was walkable to most of the sites in Charleston and a quick drive to the airport. The house was charming but did have quirks like sloping floors and stuck bathroom doors. But nothing that took away from our visit. We had a slight issue with the front door, and they called me right away and had someone come to fix the issue in less than 20 minutes. I was impressed by the speed. A baggage storage location was so helpful for early and late flights and was much appreciated. All in all, I would stay again.
