We enjoyed our stay at the Inns. It was within walking distance to most of Charleston...King Street, the market, and restaurants.
The unit was well equipped with everything you need...including coffee pods, and detergent for the washer!!!
Our host was extremely helpful and kind.

I had a lot of problems with the bathroom/shower. The tub was dripping almost constantly and about 50% of the time I had to jiggle the toilet handle to make it stop running. I had 2 showers that went ice cold in the middle. When I brought this up and the trash that was left behind, the host offered to send someone out but I didn’t want to spend my vacation waiting on maintenance.
I think they sent someone anyway because something was left behind in the unit but I never heard anything.
Overall the unit was neat and convenient.

We originally reserved this unit
We originally reserved this unit, but about 4–5 hours before check-in the host contacted us to let us know there were unexpected maintenance issues. They immediately offered us two alternative units to choose from, and the communication throughout was quick, clear, and very helpful.
We ended up staying in one of their other properties, which was lovely—extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I can’t speak to this specific unit, but I can say the management team was responsive and professional, and we felt very well taken care of.
I would happily stay at one of their properties again.

A++ location! Wonderfully decorated and in the perfect spot to walk to everything on King St. Super clean and easy to check in/out. The host was very responsive to all messages, like incredibly responsive. I highly recommend staying with the Inn's!
