Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this downtown location. It is very convenient to downtown for a walk to roughly a 20min walk or a 5min Uber to pretty much anywhere. The downside is the construction across the street which was super loud and also the A-side neighbor (attached) was sometimes loud both making the house to shake at times.

I came here with two friends after the holidays for a girls trip. The location was great and just off King Street. The parking was ideal and helpful considering the city feel and dense area. It may be helpful to note that while there is space for about 5-6 guests, there is only one bathroom with a small shower. This was not a problem for 3 girls, but may be something to consider for families!

We had a great stay here! The 3-bedroom apartment had plenty of space for our family and was very comfortable. Everything was laid out nicely and worked perfectly for us. The location was convenient too. We loved being able to walk around Charleston, and it was also an easy, quick drive to nearby areas and the beaches. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it to other families.
