The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This house is adorable and fit our needs perfectly as a trio of best girlfriends. Everything was spotless when we arrived and everyone slept great on the comfortable memory foam mattresses. There are even noise machines in the bedrooms should any outside or upstairs noise disturb you (it did not disturb us, but the gesture was thoughtful!). Slanty, old, and creaky, the house had great character and was easy walking distance to the heart of downtown Charleston. Jade is also extremely responsive - writing back within minutes of a message and proactively sharing arrival instructions and providing local recommendations. What a gem all around!

This place was a great location for downtown, walkable to many places.
Place was clean and organized.
It is loud as there is another unit upstairs and it is right off the road.
Also there is one bathroom that is fairly small so if you’re using all the bedrooms plan to get ready accordingly.

I thought we were settling by choosing this area instead of the more central historic areas by the museums, but we were in the right place especially with the all the amazing restaurants close by.
This unit was cozy, comfortable, clean, and made us feel what life would be like if we moved to one of these beautiful Charleston houses.

Jades.place was exactly as described! Spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. It was perfect for the 2 of us, but it could have slept more. Well-appointed and within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee shops. (Don'tmiss Bad Bunnies coffee shop if you stay here.) For anything you might want to do that is too far to walk, there are plenty of Ubers!

Jade was very proactive prior to us coming down for our trip. She communicates extremely well. She was very responsive. She wanted to make sure we had all the answers we needed and made herself very available. The location is walkable to downtown and while we were there for just a night for a birthday party at a specific location, I would recommend this place and Jade to anyone.
