With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

The Inns’s was very clean and easy to access. Each unit has parking in the rear. We stayed in the bottom half of the home. Which is three bedrooms and three baths. Since this home is split into bottom and top level, you can hear lots of noises above. There are box fans to help with this. The hostess were extremely responsive and they pleasant when we had questions. Walkability for us was a little too far from the downtown area with children. Should be fine for adults. We would stay here again.

What a wonderful stay at the Inns! Very responsive host, great communication, detailed instructions on how to find the location and accessing the home. Well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated with the guest in mind. Very close and walkable to King Street and local spots, felt very safe as it was our girls trip! Beds were comfy and each room had ceiling fans which is so appreciated! Keep in mind it's a duplex so there is shared parking and our unit was on the bottom floor and there were guests upstairs. You can hear the steps as they move about but it was not bad at all. Well worth it, I would stay again!

Great, quiet, location, walkable to many places. Bakery across the street. Safe parking in the back of the house. Very clean house, with comfortable beds. Responsive host, good directions for everything about the house. Nice to sit on front porch; but you will be facing a parking driveway, not the street, as this house is in the back of another. Nice neighborhood, would definitely stay there again, although checkout time is early, 10am. It was fantastic to have 3 bedrooms & 3 bedrooms!

The Inns was a great place for a friends' weekend. We each had our own room and bathroom. The Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood was walkable and had a good selection of restaurants and cafes. We were a short drive (or medium walk) distance from the Spoleto Festival venues (which was why we were in town). Overall a nice stay!

The only problem was 2 of 3 bedrooms had no closets. Lucky for us we only needed two bedrooms and the other couple used the middle bedroom as their closet. It was still inconvenient as there was nowhere to hang their cloths. The inns were very responsive to our needs though. Great location, very clean, comfy beds

John and his team were awesome. There was a last minute change to our reservation due to an unforeseen issue with one of the properties that was out of John’s control. They immediately handled it, we’re able to upgrade us to a new location, we’re extremely understanding and flexible, and even welcomed us with cupcakes and a handwritten welcome note! The property was wonderful, and made for a fabulous girls weekend!

This is a great place to stay in Charleston! Close enough to walk to King St. and many local restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries. The unit is well appointed and very comfortable. Great to have parking too! Only downside is the walls and ceilings are very thin so if there are upstairs guests, you will hear them, but that is a payoff for being in a city! Would definitely come back.

We are two retired couples that often vacation together. The communication with the Inns was excellent from beginning to end. I actually called the Inn prior to booking and they were very friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to not need any assistance so we had no need to communicate during our stay. Part of the reason was the excellent instructions we received prior to arriving and the instructions that were at the house when we arrived. We only used two bedrooms (both had showers) but there was another bedroom that had a full bathroom across the hall. The property can comfortably accommodate 3 couples. The place was clean and looked very much like the pictures in the listing. The location was close to King St and we walked there daily. Highly recommend this property and thought it was a good value. We had a family of 6 adults stay here for a week and it went so smoothly. Enough space for everyone and every couple had their own bathroom. The hosts were quick to respond if we needed anything, like extra toilet paper, and the place looked just like the photos. Dishes were included so we could make breakfast every day and all the TVs had streaming services for relaxation at the end of the day. We were able to walk from the house to all over Charleston, sometimes walking 6 miles roundtrip but it was worth it. The porch with chairs was great for sitting in the sunshine in the afternoons as well.

Such a cute property. Very quiet and clean. Loved the porch and rocking chairs. Walked to king street and grabbed some bikes for the day. Was so fun!
The only thing that was a bummer was the check in and check out times. We were only there one day and the 4pm check in then 10am check out gave us minimal time to enjoy the property.
Will definitely rent for The Inns again.

Great location within a few minutes walk if King Street with lots of bar and restaurant options. The keypad access was very convenient and this unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay here again.
