Absolutely a great stay. Perfect location, easy walking distance to all that Historic Charleston has to offer, in a venue that emotes the nostalgia of the majestic city. We loved it! The host was responsive, with the graciousness befitting of a welcoming Southern Host. Truly a gem.

This place was super convenient to downtown, we were able to walk everywhere with ease. The driveway was a little tight, so I’m glad we took my car. The room was perfect for the amount of time we were there.

Offering parking is definitely a privilege in the historic area, and the homes able to offer it do tend to have narrow parking areas. Thank you!

The location is excellent for everything - restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions, The unit was very clean. When we arrived the wifi was down but it was fixed cheerily within minutes of our calling about it. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were very comfortable when we were there in August. The jasmine growing outside the unit was a terrific extra. A great base for exploring the historic district of Charleston
Tim, our unit location is indeed in a perfect location being so close to King St where all great shops and restaurants are just a stone's throw away. We're always here to help, and so happy we were able to quickly resolve those minor issues. Thank you!

The location of John’s place is the best! The bed was very comfortable and sheets very clean. I like he had shampoo, conditioner, and make up wipes for us. We had some issues with the WiFi as it just barely worked in one of the rooms, but John was very responsive and helpful when we let him know. He was able to eventually fix it which made our stay much better. I like the mini fridge and microwave. The shower was nice, although we did lose hot water for a bit but we just waited an hour for it to refill. I highly recommend this space, the location and value is hard to beat and it’s always nice when the host is responsive when issues come up.
