The location is prime, with tons of walkable activities for kids/adults, and this neighbor is foodie heaven! It was great for our family of three. We have a toddler, so space is essential. The downstairs has a king bed and bunk beds. Usually, I would review how well-stocked the kitchen is; however, we didn't cook one meal because there were so many places we wanted to try. Chubby Fish is one block away, ranked 7th in the country by Food and Wine. They do not accept reservations; however, you... can stand in line and set a time for the second seating, then walk 20 feet back to the place and sit in the A/C. It has parking! We fit our Ford Expedition. The host is very responsive and helpful with all things Charleston. There is a coffee shop, Provision’s a block away, and a great dive bar right next door. It was very quiet and peaceful. It has tons of natural light, comfy beds, and good vibes. It is also very clean! We had a blast!read more

We had an amazing stay in Charleston!! The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond with anything we needed. We used their guide to visit a lot of popular locations in Charleston! The airbnb was very cute and in a great location within walking distance to the popular king street! Will definitely be coming back

My husband and I spent 3 nights here at the Saint Phillip’s Street Airbnb celebrating our 25th anniversary. This little bungalow was perfect. It was very clean and private. The bed was comfortable and we cooked almost all meals in the little kitchen. We drove to our activities each day but it was a very quick, 10 minutes or less, drive around. It happened to be 110 degrees heat index for our stay but you could walk or bike to locations, if you wanted to. Charleston is pretty small and LOTS to... do and see! We’d definitely stay here again! **Some people have complained about the parking but it fit our 2023 Subaru Forrester just fine. Enough room for 2 cars, stacked (or tandem). Easy to get in and out. Very private.read more

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the lively King Street with its shops, bars, and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and had a great community vibe. The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, offering us excellent local recommendations. Bonus points for the convenient parking spot. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay!

My mother in law and my 2 children (4 of us) had a lovely time in Charleston. The Line Street AirBnB was at a perfect location to go into the historic downtown area as well as traveling onto the highway to head to the beaches. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved every moment of our visit. Parking is a bit tight but I also had a larger vehicle (Sequoia SUV). We figured it out. The hosts were very prompt to reply to questions and they have a lot of helpful suggestions. We would stay... there again. Personally I enjoyed learning more about the history of the area and the seeing the transformation of the historical homes and commercial buildings was very cool!read more

What an absolutely LOVELY STAY!! The listing is exactly as pictured and described. As we pulled up, we were incredibly surprised at how close it was to King Street and walkable proximity to just about everything we wanted to experience. We were there for one night only and the quaint space was exactly what we needed—it felt private and safe. We read a couple of reviews about the shower water pressure but it was perfectly fine for our short stay. The space has authentic southern charm—beautiful... antiques, historic details, and the ground's lush vegetation made it all that much more authentic. We host in Savannah so appreciate the historical aspects! There's another unit available that we'd like to rent next time and this space would be perfect for overflow with a big group. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others. Thanks for the quick and friendly responses and helping to make memories we will never forget. Cheers!read more

Our Guest Services team is available 24/7, ensuring prompt responses to any request, typically within minutes. Equipped with the necessary resources and expertise, we’re prepared to address any inquiry or concern about any property at any time, providing seamless support to our owners and guests.

What is the process for owner payouts and how do you handle taxes?

We provide a detailed, comprehensive report on our financial performance to our owners by the 10th of each month. The report includes all revenues, expenses, and fees, broken down to the cent, in an accounting accrual format. We handle all rental payment collection through trusted platforms and credit card processing, ensuring seamless and secure transactions. Additionally, we remit accommodation taxes to the relevant authorities through Avalara MyLodge Tax, a third-party service, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
