With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This historical Charleston home is great for location to King Street and big groups. The home itself is historical and could use a few updates with electric (like any historical home), but the property management company and technicians made sure our stay was phenomenal. They made sure we were comfortable and were wonderful to communicate with! The beds were comfortable and the shared living spaces were wonderful for time together.

John’s place was exactly what we needed to celebrate a bachelor party. The house had enough beds for everyone, and plenty of space for us to all hang out while we were there. Walks to and from bars were doable if you don’t mind about 15 minutes, but Ubers were also very accessible. Great house for a big group in the perfect spot to enjoy downtown Charleston

Just had a bachelorette party here for 14 guests, slept us all so comfortably. A little hot at night in some rooms but box fans are provided and we’re very helpful. The location could not have been better. I am very grateful for John and his quick responses!

John was so accommodating! We arrived very early and our flight was late when we left and he let us keep our luggage at their office! Also, so close to downtown! Easy walk to King St! I highly recommend for a large group! Worked out perfectly for my brother’s bachelors weekend!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party with 12 girls and we really enjoyed our time. We had both units which was great so we had enough space to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other but we also didn't feel separated because the back staircase allowed us to access both floors easily. John was quick with his communication and responses. We had a few minor issues throughout the weekend, but John was quick to resolve them. The location of this house is unbeatable and we enjoyed being able to walk to King Street. Overall we had a great time and appreciate the accommodations.

The house was great for a large group! The beds were really comfortable, AC units in most of the rooms, and big couches. The only downside is that there were only 3 bathrooms but we made it work! John was extremely responsive and made check in and check out super easy. The house was in a great location, walking distance from King Street. I would stay here again!
