Historic Charleston Charm
Located only 6 blocks from king street's exciting new restaurants and boutique shopping, this 1830's single style residence has been newly renovated with modern conveniences into a truly gorgeous Charleston vacation rental.
This 1830's single style residence has high ceilings, gleaming heart pine floors, original mantled fireplaces help give our guests a true Charleston experience. This apartment is located on the second floor of the house. The bedrooms are set at either end of the apartment giving guest privacy for each other during their stay. The bathroom has just been fully renovated and features a tub with shower and tiled floors. The furnishings include a mix of antiques and modern furniture. Enjoy the afternoon breezes from the piazza. There is off street, secure parking.

The apartment has a large piazza and off street parking. It is located only a block away from three popular restaurants, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Bistronomy By Nico and Fuel. Walk about 5 blocks and you will be on King Street with many of Charleston's favorite new restaurants and boutiques.
The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This was a great location for us. In fact, our fav restaurant of Charleston was Southbound, just a block or two away!! Linda was incredibly responsive and check in was easy. Beds were a little springy and could have been more comfortable but otherwise all was great.

It was our first time in Charleston and we really enjoyed our stay!!
Linda was a great host, very responsive and friendly. Honestly her place was even nicer in person. Also the location was perfect for us ,just a couple of blocks away from downtown. We had made an itinerary of places we wanted to go to ,but if you're coming to Charleston and have no clue what to do. Linda got you all set with resources.
I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again when in town.

Linda's place is great. This was our first visit to Charleston and the location was perfect--a tranquil block with tons of restaurants and nightlife walkable. The balcony is huge, bedding comfortable and the AC is robust. Linda was super responsive, kind and her recommendations helpful. Also importantly, the wifi was solid (300down/25up). Book here, you won't regret it.

Linda was a pleasure. She was very welcoming via messaging and easily reachable if needed. When I logged into my reservation, everything I needed to know for check in and check out was there and clearly bulleted. We appreciated that she made it very easy for us to arrive and settle in on our own. The lock box worked well, the space was clean, the beds were comfortable and our stay was lovely!

Just got back from a long weekend at Linda’s place and it was a great stay! Linda is so responsive to whatever you need which was great because it was my first time in Charleston. The house is very clean and well kept with a great historic feel. I really loved this location too. Great little coffee shops and bakery’s within walking distance. You can also walk to King St right from the house too! I will definitely be back!
