With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We were on our way back from Virginia to Miami and this was a last-minute stop. The host was extremely accommodating, responsive, and it was a perfect stop. It was close to King St and easy in and out. Our kids loved that they each had their own bedroom. The beds were very comfortable.

The house was very clean, and very conveniently located. Access was easy and the check-out obligations were as minimal as anywhere that I've stayed. Parking is directly behind/adjacent.

Adorable light and airy house. It’s historic, so yes, the floors are not level but that was fun and quirky not dangerous. The photos represented very well and the ac was a godsend. Perfect place for a trip to Charleston.

We had a wonderful stay at Jade's Airbnb! We were a bigger group of 7 and found that the space was plenty big to accommodate our needs. There is only one bathroom, but we were out exploring so much that it didn't really matter. Jade is so responsive and was so on top if everything during out stay! Thank you, Jade!

Perfect location for down town Charleston! Short walk to a lot of restaurants/shops and only a short drive to the beach and a few other actives we did. Also fit 3 couples comfortably. Would definitely recommend !!

The location of this place is the best part of the Airbnb. We walked everywhere and it was nice. There is plenty of parking and you can purchase an extra spot for $20/day through the host. However, there is an issue with cockroaches. We saw them in the kitchen and I also woke up with one on my face.
The apartment is dated and 2 of the bedrooms are quite small. It is much cheaper than any hotel in the same area so you get what you pay for.

Apologies for the cockroaches, we spray bi-weekly at all of our properties but unfortunately our well known Palmetto bugs in the Low-Country are hard to completely eradicate entirely. This time of year they can be very active unfortunately due to all the palms downtown. We hope to host you again in the future!

Jade’s place was great! It was the perfect spot for our girl’s trip and we definitely felt safe the whole time we were there. Great location for being in downtown: 5-10 min drive to heart of downtown (market, rainbow row, etc.). Jade was very responsive, gave great local recommendations, and the place was very clean and organized!

The house was as described, except it stated there were 3 sound machines, but there were only 2. I have a white noise app on my phone and used it as the road below was busy and a little noisy. The middle bedroom needed a mirror. It was a little difficult at times to get out of the driveway onto Cannon as your view is obstructed by cars parked on the side of the road. We enjoyed our stay at this house.

The apartment was very cute and in a great neighborhood! It’s located about 7 mins from downtown but also the neighborhood is very walkable. The parking on site was a huge plus too!
