With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Lovely home in Downtown Charleston. Only recommendation for guest if you take a larger vehicle like an Expedition or Pickup be careful of the stop sign going down alley way to house. Loved the king suites!! Was perfect!!

This was the perfect spot to stay at with my group of girlfriends for my 30th birthday trip! It was everyone’s first time in Charleston and we were so pleased with the charm and spaciousness of this house. I chose this AirBnb over others because unlike most of the listings in Charleston, this home had a large living room area that opened to the dining area and kitchen, allowing plenty of room for gathering space. The location is in a nice, walkable neighborhood and the house is set back a bit from the road, which makes it feel more private. The host was incredibly prompt with their responses and I really appreciated that they shared their local to-do guide full of suggestions for the area, as soon as I booked the reservation. They even offered early check-in free of charge as their cleaning crew finished earlier than expected. Would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone visiting Charleston, especially girl groups - super cute place for photos, especially the second floor porch!

This was the perfect house for two families to share! We each got a floor, and spent most of the time in the living room/kitchen area in the middle. Loved the big porch off the second floor for grownups to escape the noisy kids. Excellent layout!
Location was convenient to restaurants and nice for walking around. Only downside is proximity to the hospital helicopter pad— which we knew about in advance, to be fair. It didn’t take away from our stay though. I’d definitely recommend it!

Lovely house in a beautiful leafy neighborhood, close to some amazing restaurants (we would recommend Vern and Southbound) and coffee shops (Babas on Canon). Removed enough from all the high-traffic tourist areas but still walkable, or a short Uber ride away to see everything Charleston has on offer. Very responsive, and helpful host.

Amazing property, interiors and amenities. Just a few blocks away from King Street where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. Best positioned for exploring the entire city by foot but distanced enough for quiet accommodations allowing for a great nights rest. We had a wonderful time on the balconies and exploring the friendly neighborhood. Xiao Bao Biscuit and Leon's were our favorite restaurants. Would stay again!
