The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Wonderful, spacious restored historic home. Four large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms made this a comfortable place to stay in. Nice kitchen although there are so many good restaurants nearby we didn't use it except for morning coffee. The fridge is a small model so if you shop for food before arriving, take that into account. There is an ice maker that is nice but that is the only freezer function available. The TV had a Netflix account set up on it so we could watch movies on the nice big screen TV in the living room. It appears that the original living room was converted into a large bedroom so the living room is smaller and in the kitchen area - as pictured. Aircon and heater worked great. Loved eating at Hyman's Seafood and "R Kitchen" (the later reservations only). R Kitchen only a couple blocks away. Only downside is that parking is on another street, about a 5 minute walk depending on your speed. Not a long ways away but inconvenient when it is raining. Would stay here again!

Amazing and centrally located place. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The rooms were well decorated and sized. I especially appreciated the luxury mattresses. The hosts are incredibly responsive and made everything seemless from check-in to checkout.

This was such a wonderful stay! We did a Monday through Wednesday girls trip to recharge. We were able to wake up early read on the porch, walk to different coffee, shops, and walk down to the college of Charleston and King Street. One of the best air B&Bs I have stayed in yet.

We had a wonderful girls' weekend at the Inns! The place was exactly like the pictures and very comfortable. It was walkable or a short Lyft ride to everywhere we wanted to go while in Charleston. The three bathrooms were absolutely clutch and we loved spending time on the porch!
