We were a group of four couples and this place was perfect for us. Each bedroom was nearly identical (no arguing over who got the best best bedroom) and all had en suite bathrooms. The apartment is located above a restaurant, but we honestly never noticed it.
The best part was the walking proximity to everything that Charleston has to offer. It was 5 min to King Street, 10-15 to the City Market, and a bit longer to the Aquarium, French Quarter, and sea wall. Very each to get around without a car (or with a minimal bit of Uber/Lyft).
It was a bit noisy on the weekends, but the ceiling fans and white noise machine (provided) really took care of that.
All in all a great place to stay, and we would definitely go back!

I was with a group of groomsmen and our significant others for a wedding downtown, and it was perfect for every thing we needed. There were 4 king beds for all 4 couples, and the place was in perfect walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. John with YourPad was an extremely helpful host and made sure to help us out with anything he could. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else.

Wonderful location just blocks away from King Street where you will find all the bars, restaurants, and shopping you need. Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivan Island, and Kiawah Island (we played the Ocean Course ????) are all a short drive away. The house itself is situated above a cute little restaurant below. Parking is located a short 5 minute walk away.
John was incredibly helpful and communicated often. Recommendations on things to do around Charleston was provided prior to arrival. Clear instructions on self check-in were provided as were check-out instructions. There was a minor issue when arriving and John responded immediately offering assistance but we were able to clear it up on our own. He checked back later to make sure there were still no issues.
The listing was accurate and perfect for three families with two older kids and two younger kids. Having the bathrooms in each suite really allowed privacy between each family. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place for four couples or friends - everyone has their own bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and there are small but totally efficient common spaces. We only stayed two nights and we easily were able to walk to King St, and most areas in the old town. For the Fort Sumter ferry we drove and parked at the garage, and we did a driving tour in our car around the residential area and battery park the first day just to get the lay of the land. The parking provided one street away was great. The area is close to the college, many students out walking, a bit loud at night but I noticed there were white noise machines in the rooms but I didn’t need mine. We loved the ease of this place and would recommend.

We had a great stay at John's property. The space was exactly like the listing photos. The location was fantastic. We were easily able to walk all over Charleston and never felt too far from the property. The space was clean and welcoming. Great location close to restaurants and nightlife.
Apartment was as described.. having 2 off street parking spots was a perfect addition.
Would recommend this place to anyone that didn’t have a problem with stairs (2nd floor location)
