The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

The home, staff, and location were fantastic!! The staff answered questions and concerns in a very timely manner, the house is close to shopping and dinning, but far enough away from the chaos. The house was well maintained and clean. My only issue is the parking. Understanding that parking is at a premium in the area, I did not know the parking was a short distance away and VERY TIGHT. If you drive a large suv or truck, be ready to be patient getting out of the spot, a smaller vehicle shouldn’t have issues. The green area for pets is very limited, but there’s a vacant lot across the street (beside a parking lot) which worked well. Overall though this was great home, staff, and location

My friends and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend for my bachelorette trip!Overall, the place was clean, and functional, and safe! We really liked it!! We did have one hiccup with one of the duvets not being clean (which I think was an accidentally oversight), BUT Michael immediately sent fresh linens over to replace the dirty one. He was always quick to respond and kind and patient. This air bnb had really great extra amenities not normally considered by hosts as well: two brita pitchers already filled in the fridge, two ice trays, box fans, make up towels and wipes, and even hair dryers.
One thing we would take note of is that the second bathroom is small. Also, while one parking spot is designated to the unit, it is INCREDIBLY small to squeeze into. My friend had a hard time squeezing her Nissan Rogue into the lot - anything larger would not have fit. This was not a huge issue though for us - just something to note.

110% would recommend. This house is exactly as described, perfect location to explore King Street and also a quick Uber ride to Isle of Palms Beach and the Airport! Michael provided a lot of recommendations including a travel guide and was extremely responsive! The checkin process was smooth and checkout was such a breeze!

My group and I loved staying at this house! It was a quick walk to uptown Charleston with great restaurants, shops and nightlife. The house was cute and charming and fit our group of 7 comfortably. Had a great stay here for a bachelorette party with 5 girls! Clean space and beds were very comfortable. Very walkable to King St where there are lots of bars and restaurants. I got a day pass through the Wonderer that Michael had recommended while waiting to check in, great spot with a pool! Would stay here again

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The location is spot on and close to a lot of main attractions as well as small mom and pop shops. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I found myself on the balcony a lot as it’s peaceful and comfortable.
The house is your traditional Charleston house so we felt like locals during our stay.
Highly recommend as I will be booking this place again for our next stay.

From the beginning we were met with the most helpful host who checked in with us from the start of booking. Along with an open line of communication, Michael had lots of recommendations for Charleston on things to do and places to eat. The inside was clean and very thoughtfully set up. A dedicated parking space was close and convenient and we walked everywhere but the beach! Would def stay again!
