YourPad is incredibly responsive and provides a great location, great service! I wasn’t sure if our pet was coming with us and YourPad was very flexible about me adding her to our reservation if necessary. Small issues: - bathroom sinks, resolved shockingly fast! - “thin” ceiling/floor for unit above, white noise machines in bedrooms took care of it! Furniture and beds were SO comfortable. We were out most of the time but the kitchen had everything we needed for mornings. Parking *is* tight - clearly disclosed up front - so we parked our truck in a deck not so far away; our daughter/son-in-law parked on-site with no problem. Several properties along the block are under construction - the area is going to be even better in a relatively short time. This AirBnb was clean, comfortable, great aesthetic, all around great experience. Next trip to Charleston, we will definitely be checking availability here first! Thanks, YourPad!

Great Airbnb! Walkable to all of Cannonborough and also to King Street. The parking/driveway is a little tight so just be prepared if you have a large vehicle. That is pretty common anywhere in downtown Charleston. The interior was much more spacious than we thought it would be with two couch areas both with televisions. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also more spacious than most airbnbs I’ve stayed in downtown. I will definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was cozy & very well decorated-loved all the furnishings, pillows & linens. Our friends stayed in the front bedroom & said it was a little noisy (garbage truck &some passersby). They did not however use the sound machines which were provided in each room (great idea)! The location was great-close to everything. It is in a transitional phase with construction going on. We felt safe in the area & look forward to coming back to see how the area has flourished.

There will be some city noise everywhere downtown but our travelers have always loved the location of the rental. It allows you to walk everywhere downtown! The entire stay was great! I had a conference at Hyatt place and this was perfectly located to easily walk there. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive. We had a little check-in hiccup and they handled it with grace and responsiveness. The space is also really big, incredible bang for buck. I'd definitely stay again!

Perfect place. Right on the edge of new development and some run down buildings around but house was clean and comfortable and walkable to everywhere we went. Very narrow driveway so no large vehicles!

Great place! Very large 3 BR, with lots of room to meander around. We loved the "den" area, for when people wanted to watch different TV shows. Beds and duvets were VERY comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and spotless. There is a lot of construction in the area, but that is obviously not John's fault. He was very communicative, and gave us updates often. Place is very walkable to anywhere, and there is a free shuttle you can take if you don't want to walk. Literally steps from a Family Dollar/small Grocery store where you can pick things up last minute as needed. Plenty of towels, place was super clean, and overall a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for sharing it with us!

We’re in Charleston for a women’s weekend getaway and John’s place was perfect for 4 women here to unwind and enjoy beautiful Charleston. It is clean, spacious, comfortable and close to King Street so we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. John was very responsive when we had questions. We’d definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful inside and spacious. The rooms were well decorated, and there were TVs throughout. The location is close to King and Meeting Streets, but Line Street itself is a little rough. The unit is next to an abandoned building and old factory.

Awesome place!! It was our first time to Charleston & the location was perfect; only a block to King St where all the action is. No need for a rental car. Uber & Lyft are readily available it needed. It was very clean & well appointed. It was exactly as described on website. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Stay! Just off of King Street (the end of the shopping and restaurant area). It is located in a developing area, but still very safe and walkable to all the shopping and dining. Also just a half a block from one of our favorite Charleston music venues - The Commodore! Unit was clean and well stocked kitchen. Beds comfortable. And a very quiet location - slept so well! Highly recommend. Out of the super busy area of King Street but so accessible to it all. John was a great, responsive host.

We had a fabulous time. Location was very convenient. There was however lots of construction going on, but expect that will end. Seems to be a changing neighborhood. We also found the driveway to the back parking area a bit challenging. Very narrow, but we managed. We loved all the bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Thank you.

We had a great stay. It was our first time in Charleston. Location was perfect you could walk to North King or take a pedicab or drive everywhere. All main places are no more than 8 min away. The place was super cleaned and beautifully appointed and super comfortable beds. The host John was the best host we’ve ever had. We asked for extra linens and within hrs they were delivered. The parking was very convenient but if you have a vehicle bigger than a Kia Carnival which we drove it might be challenging fit through the driveway, so you might want to check with the host on vehicle sizing etc. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

5 ladies had a great stay at this location. The construction wasn't noisy and we were just a quick walk away from all the action of King Street. TIP: If you're going down to the historic market/waterfront area, it's worth it to take a $10 uber ride there and/or back. We walked over 7 miles one day and looking back on it an uber would have saved our legs some 🙂

This was a very nicely furnished and very comfortable place. We didn’t need the car we had except to leave the downtown area for the day. So, so many places to have coffee, drinks and food at in this area. Next time I would skip the car, but definitely stay here again.

Location is convenient, walking distance to various restaurants. Home was cozy and matched the description, with very comfortable beds. Driveway and parking spots are extremely narrow, so be weary of bigger sized vehicles. If you’re cooking make sure to bring your own spices and oil.

John was a very responsive and helpful host. He helped us receive early check-in which we appreciated since our flight arrived to Charleston early in the morning. He also provided us with extra blankets soon after we asked for some. The listing seems brand new and was very clean when we arrived. It was easy to get into the Airbnb and is located very close to King Street. There is lots of construction going on around the location, so be aware there will be some noise in the morning and during the day, and be careful while walking around. The listing did say it would have basic kitchen amenities like oil and salt & pepper, for example, but there was none. Other than that, our stay was great!

Loved this getaway!! Place is beautiful, clean and a great location. One block from so much to do on upper King St! Brown's Court Bakery is close by and excellent, we loved The Daily and Barsa Tapas too! We all want to visit again in the Spring.
