With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

A ton to like about this place. The host was super responsive (usually under 2 minutes to get a response), helped us out with a few questions along the way and offered us a place for luggage before check-in.
You can’t ask for a better location by King Street. You’re right by the center of the action, but still have a ton of space to yourself. If you don’t have a car, the parking area also serves as a great yard.
Everything was cleaned and well-kept. Would absolutely stay here again!

John was extremely responsive and thorough in communicating with me. John's Airbnb amenities were very accurate, as well as the pictures of the place. The location was perfect; a block over from Kings St., and near all of the bars and restaurants. The place was extremely clean and felt just like home. John also provides his guests with a storage unit to put all of our luggage in if we arrive before check-in; SUPER helpful. John and his cohosts are very responsive and always nice! These spaces are right in the middle of it all uptown, super easy to get to from the highway and extremely walkable to tons of bars, clubs, and restaurants. The units are so spacious as well, and the off-street parking is a perfect amenity!
