With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

My wife and I stayed at The Inns during our visit to Charleston for her birthday. We really enjoyed our stay! The Inns was a great place that was very cozy, with lots of amenities and space! Great location with a ton of local shops, bars, and restaurants nearby to check out. All within walking distance for those who like to get out on foot and explore.

Great place. They were really responsive and helpful when communicating. Very small issue with trash left by cleaning crew, small oversight, but it was picked up within hours. Clean. No central air made it a tad hot but manageable with fans if tan all day. There’s an a/c unit in the main room. Great location. Must got to Pink Belly around the corner!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at The Inns in Charleston ????It was just like the pictures! Cute, clean and comfortable and only steps away from King St with so much to do! Private parking provided was tight quarters for a Dodge Ram Lmtd 4 door pick up truck; but you would ideally only need to park once and enjoy your time exploring by foot throughout your stay!
The one thing we felt we could’ve used additional wash cloths. The Inns provided only 1 per person. They did, however, provide a Keurig and k-pods:) Lastly, I would keep in mind that there are 2 flights of stairs to climb and could be an issue for anyone with any type of mobility issues (fairly steep climb). It was such a great time! Highly recommended????

Offering parking is definitely a privilege in the historic area, and the homes able to offer it do tend to have narrow parking areas. We are always here to help and we would be happy to drop extra wash cloths had we known about it during the stay. We loved our stay! Of the two nights we stayed, one was quiet (regular city noise) and one was noisy for less than an hour (neighbor enjoying fireworks) but that could happen anywhere. Inn has thought about ways to address this for their guests. We would happily return. Thank you!

Our stay at The Inns went really well - we had no issues with being able to get in on time and the host was always responsive. This is in a fantastic location to King Street - restaurants, food, bars, etc, all within walking distance. We didn't move our car the entire time we were visiting Charleston. It's a fantastic house for a group of people - separate bedrooms and bathrooms and roomy kitchen and living area. We loved the nostalgia of what is clearly a very old house with things like the brick preserved but very updated and modern. It is a bit noisy given how close it is to King Street -this did not bother us, we slept with sound machines on (2 of the 3 bedrooms had them) and/or headphones or earplugs.

Beautifully renovated space. Perfect for our family girl’s trip. Each bedroom having its own private bath was a plus for us. Short walk to restaurants and shops. The owners were very informative. Parking spot included, another bonus! Lovely place.

Really loved this spot. Located right off King St. which has a lot of party bars and things to do. It is definitely noisy (2am bars last call), but the hosts provide noise machines and box fans for every room which really blocks everything out. My mom and dad had the noisiest room and slept great.
My single critique: no ziplock bags, plastic wrap, tin foil - nothing to put food into once you’ve opened it. Had a nice thing of brie we couldn’t keep fresh, kind of a bummer.
Overall amazing location and comfy beds - hard to beat!

My husband and I found The Inns Lovely 3 BR Suite very comfortable and clean. The location couldn’t be beat close to King St and all the great restaurants. We loved being able to leave our car parked in the back of the house and walked to most sites. We walked to the Historical District, French Quarter and Battery. There were many great places to eat within a few blocks of the Airbnb. Any question we had where answered quickly from The Inns. We would definitely stay at this Airbnb or any other The Inns property.
