The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Nice two bedroom apartment a few blocks off of King St. Space was clean and bright and spacious. Great location, as we were able to walk to everything — restaurants, waterfront, the college — but just far enough off King that it wasn’t too loud at night. Parking is easy — reserved spot across the street — and there’s a bagel shop downstairs for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Overall, perfect spot for a few people to stay and enjoy Charleston

Great apartment, clean and good location. Everything as promised. Communication was thorough and clear. Beds were very creaky and the apartment is on a busy loud street but overall 5 stars.

Only negative thing about this place is parking. I understand it’s a city but we had to pay to park our car bc we cant park in the designated spot on Sunday morning. I was not told this before arriving.

We loved our stay! The place looks exactly as described. Great area and walkable to so much! Great restaurants nearby. Prior to our visit, the owner gave us so much helpful information about the area. The bagel shop below the apartment was awesome! It made every morning wonderful. There was no discernible noise from the shop. The bedroom off the street was a little noisy but nothing that we didn't expect. The bed in the other bedroom was squeaky but comfortable. The living area was spacious, and the kitchen had everything that you would need for a pleasant stay.
We were only able to stay for 3 days so we definitely want to come back to Charleston. No doubt we would stay in this apartment!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. Walkable to King Street as well as an easy drive to Mt. Pleasant, Folly Beach, and Sullivan's Island. The parking was convenient. The apartment was clean, bright, and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay.
John was excellent at communicating all details and responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this location.

Cute spacious condo right off King Street! Can’t beat the location! Very reasonably priced for Charleston. Had my friends visiting from London and they were very impressed with absolutely everything. Place comes with complimentary parking-rare thing in the area. Nice bagel shop downstairs for breakfast too????

LOVED our stay here. Very clean and modern. 2 bedrooms + couch bed. Parking was provided as well. Only a short walk from King St and super easy to get in/out. Our host was amazing and super responsive. Also, the apartment sits over a bagel shop which was really convinient.
