The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Great space for us.
We’ll equipped, comfortable furniture and king sized beds. The one bathroom was adequate. Good shower.
Very walkable neighborhood to EXCELLENT restaurants and within a mile of historic center.
Bagel store below this second story apartment was convenient and didn’t created any problems, not noise nor strong smells. Food and coffee/tea/etc. were very good.
The only issue, easily overcome with a sound app/unit, is the street noises, mostly from cars, along side one of the two bed room windows. Unfiltered, it woke up a light sleeper.
Other than that one issue this was a great place to stay. 5-star

This place was just as described and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable and it was close to a multitude of incredible dining spots. The included parking spot made life very easy considering the challenge of parking in downtown Charleston. Bonus--There is an amazing bagel and coffee shop right below the space for breakfast!

The apartment was easy to find and was nice and clean. The amenities were nice and the beds were very comfortable.
Most places were within walking distance-and those that weren’t, we drove and parked.
The street next to the apartment was very busy most of the night and there was lots of street noise-but I wore earplugs and that helped.
The apartment is small and was crowded with 3 people. Thankfully it was just a place to sleep for most of our visit.

Great location for a home base in Charleston. Parking was easy and convenient. The bagel and coffee shop below the unit isn’t open Monday or Tuesday. But there is a great coffee shop about a block away - Brown’s Court Coffee - super convenient if you are like me and need a coffee first thing! Holey City Bagels the one below the unit has great breakfast and coffee if you are there later in the week. Again, great location!

The place has two king beds which was hard to find for this price in that area. The host was very friendly and responsive and helpful. The decor in the bedrooms was adorable. The location is great- a few min walk from one of the main areas for restaurants and shops. Directly downstairs is an amazing bagel/breakfast sandwich shop with espresso bar. (Protip, call ahead to order! The lines get crazy) - definitely recommend this apartment. Only complaint was the luggage drop off was a few blocks away so that was a bummer without a car but at the same time, we were grateful to be able to drop our bags before check in and again after check out before our flight.

John’s place was exactly what we were looking for in Charleston. It was very close to all the unbelievable upper king restaurants and an easy walk to anywhere on the peninsula. It’s even above a great coffee and bagel spot. We’d definitely stay there again

The location was perfect. We had easy access to King St, plus countless charming neighborhood cafes and shops. The apartment had everything we needed. It was comfortable and beautiful.
Our host, John, was friendly and communicative. The directions for parking were very clear. John checked in on us before and during our stay via messaging in the app.

We enjoyed staying here and thought it was a good deal considering the comfortable accommodations and the high cost of staying in Charleston. It's a bit of a (warm) 15-min walk to downtown, but there are shops, restaurants, and bars along the way to stop for a break. We were on vacation, so no need to hurry anywhere. 🙂 The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. Notably, the bedrooms were cute and comfortable--larger than I expected in an older building. The apartment is above a popular bagel shop (18 steps up), and the road noise bothered us at night, eve with a noise machine (cars honking and music blaring). But that can't really be helped, and the location was great otherwise. The keypads on the exterior door and apartment door were easy to use and convenient. The beds were comfortable. Best of all, John was super responsive and helpful at every step of the way--when booking, before arrival, while we were there, and upon departure. Thanks!

Beautiful place in Charleston. Regarding the noise from other reviews -- we used a sound machine in the bedroom that faces the street and were perfectly fine. John is incredibly responsive and was super understanding about traveling with a toddler! Super close walking distance to a ton of amazing restaurants, and conveniently right above a great coffee/breakfast place.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay. The apartment is in a great location, just a couple blocks off of King Street. There are lots of great local restaurant choices within easy walking distance.
