Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

This Airbnb was very comfortable and clean. The beds were also very comfortable so much we asked what brand the mattresses were. Really enjoyed the openness and space of this home . John the host was very responsive with questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for my family to stay during graduation. It is so close to everything. We walked everywhere we went, Kings Street, College of Charleston, restaurants, coffee shops etc. It was so clean and all the modern conveniences, but it maintained Charleston charm. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. There was no need to run to the store for paper towels, trash bags or toilet paper. Each bedroom has its own thermostat so everyone slept comfortably. We would stay there again!

Beautiful home! Comfortable, clean and very neat. Two nice little kichenette areas in addition to kitchen. Convenient to King St.
John was very responsive to any questions. We had a small problem with an ac unit and he had his repair person take care of it within an hour.
Quiet neighborhood that felt safe.

Great location for a stay in Charleston. The immediate area has tons to do (restaurants, bars, phenomenal ice cream at Republic). Then it’s a wonderful walk straight down King to the major classic sites. It was about 25-30 minutes last every store imaginable (big and small). The place was clean, comfortable, and inviting. It has the classic Charleston side porch. A few creaks from the upstairs neighbors, but nothing bothersome. John was super responsive and helpful.
