The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Excellent location in a very safe neighborhood. Easy walks to King St and City Market. Easy access to highway for further destinations. Space was beautiful with excellent amenities. Can’t say enough about how much my wife, my little one, and I loved this place. Would 100% stay here on a return visit. The parking is a little tight in an SUV (as mentioned by the host) but not terrible. Overall, I could not have been more satisfied. 5+ stars!

Very nice rental. 2 blocks from King street with lots of restaurants and shopping. Cool aesthetic in historic district. Parking is tight, so don’t rent a big SUV

Clean and true to the description! Great location easy to migrate to restaurants, bars and shops. College students in the surrounding area are plentiful and sometimes boisterous on weekends, but it’s an awesome location.

Terrific unit and great location. The only bummer was the 10a checkout (which is a bit early if you are out enjoying the City the night before). Also, the dividing doors between the "units" seem not as secure as maybe they could be (no double side locks). All in all, a great unit and would absolutely rent again.

We met up with friends, and what a GREAT place!! We rented a car to tour outside of the city. Make sure you make it to the market, head to Ft. Sumter, USS Yorktown, and take a carriage tour. This city is an AWESOME place to see with a fantastic history.

We loved the location and the esthetic of the Airbnb. The home itself was a great combination of historical architecture combined with modern renovation. It was bright and spacious and very comfortable. We were within walking distance of so many wonderful restaurants and unique shops. The neighborhood is very friendly and vibrant. We arrived in the evening and found that there was a great little restaurant just around the corner. A fun and delicious dinner there was the start of a very memorable trip to Charleston. We loved having two en suite bedrooms at each end of the home. The beds and linens were great and the bathrooms both updated with beautiful tile floors and shower walls. Highly recommend for lots of reasons. We were always comfortable inside even though it was mid 90's outside during the week we visited. Loved all the large smart tv's and streaming services available in the main room and both bedrooms. We would stay here again for sure when visiting Charleston

Great place to stay! Very clean, stylish and functional! Feels very comfortable. No issues with any outside noise. Great location close to restaurants and stores. Laundry was helpful and worked great. We would definitely stay here again. Very responsive and friendly host!

The home was wonderful and larger than I thought it would be. The renovations were done with a lot of thought and considerain for fellow renters. It was great to be able to walk to the stores and restaurants, especially with the parking situation in Charleston. The only downfall was the amount of noise from upstairs, but it was just something you have to deal with. Also, we had a huge party next door that kept us up till the early morning, but I know those kids had a ball. I will say the only advice I will give about staying here is if you have a larger SUV, use the parking garage or street parking because the parking space behind the home is small. I will definitely be staying here again when we come to town. Thank you for letting us stay and helping to make our visit one to remember.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was everything we were looking for for two older couples—excellent dining choices within walking distance, on-site parking, comfortable beds and a well supplied kitchen. We definitely would rent this property again.

Great location in downtown Charleston. Easy walking distance to King street restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and spacious enough to easily accommodate the 4 of us. John was a great host providing plenty of information ahead of our stay including things to do around town. The sound machines in the bedroom were a nice touch - something I'm used to having at home and so made it easier to get to sleep 🙂 Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay in Charleston.
