This is a 2BR/2BA condo within a 6BR house. Everything pictured is private to this listing, besides the porch and the driveway. This home was completely renovated using high-end materials, so while you maybe sharing the house with other groups you will never know they were there!

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Excellent location on Morris Street only 2 blocks to King Street so very walkable. Condo was nicely designed, clean, well-stocked, and has cold A/C. All 4 adults of various sizes raved about the beds - very comfortable and supportive. Things to note: only 1 parking spot, storage and countertop space are limited, living room seating not really adequate for 4 adults to watch TV, noise transfers from condo next door. None were deal breakers, just some things to be aware of. Overall we'd recommend, especially at off-season pricing.

Had a great time here - location is great. Overall very clean apart from some kitchen utensils which were not( which was slightly disappointing given the cleaning fee)

This space was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The beds/pillows were comfortable and though we were only there 24 hours, we felt at home. Location was wonderful, walking distance to amazing food (we hit a trifecta with Maya, Babas on Cannon and Holey City Bagel.) The parking spot was tight, but my SUV got in/out no problem. John was an incredibly kind and thoughtful host. Would love to stay here again.

This quiet apartment is updated, beautifully furnished, and within easy walking distance of the best restaurants, shopping, and sights in Charleston. Ubers were quick and easy to access as well. John was responsive and very accommodating. He left no doubt that he wanted our visit to be perfect and it was!

John's place was just perfect for our stay. The apartment was super clean and tidy with all of the necessary amenities. It was clear that someone put a lot of thought into the design and restoration of the space. The beds were quite comfortable, and we loved having two full bathrooms for our party of three. Though we didn't cook meals, it would have been easy in the well-stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances. We appreciated the off-street parking space and were happy to leave the car, taking advantage of an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of close-by King Street and its environs. I would definitely recommend John's place to anyone planning a visit to Charleston.

We enjoyed our visit to Charleston!
