With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Thank you so much for a very enjoyable stay! Our girls trip was a huge success! We walked to King Street and ate a great meal. Drove to the visitor center, parked and toured the town - enjoyed shopping at Market Street. And your place was central to it all. Everything was clean and neat! The beds slept so good & the bedrooms were very large. The kitchen was on the small side - but we managed ok. The Keurig, pods and sugar was a great addition!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place within walking distance to lots of great restaurants. My teens enjoyed the bakery located right across the street. There’s also a coffee/bagel shop on the corner. King St is probably a 15 walk. The home is spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Inns was just right. The rooms were nicely decorated and it was located a quiet street with side walks. This which made evening snacks walks and getting bagels in the morning very easy.
The kitchen had all we needed but be aware it’s on the smaller side as is the living room, so if you have a larger group eating and hanging outside the house would be best. But it’s located close to downtown Charleston so that’s no problem.

Great stay! Just like the pictures. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable. There was more than enough room for parking. You can hear some sounds from the street and from the upper units but nothing too crazy. They have fans and sound machines if you are extra sensitive. Everything was walkable but you might want a car for anyone that doesn’t like to walk too much or may have trouble with uneven side walks. Bonus, great coffee shops near by as well!
