The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This place was great for a group of friends. Everyone had their own space and privacy. The house and beds were large and it was very modern and had all amenities. The location was perfect, near local restaurants and walkable to all of downtown Charleston. Parking was also easy at the house. The hosts were very responsive to any questions.

We had a wonderful work retreat at The Inns! All rooms have TVs with Airplay which was great for working. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the front porch. The rooms are big, bright and clean. The place is huge, and the price was right in October (great time to visit Charleston!).

We came for a bachelorette and it was the perfect house for our group. The living room downstairs was much bigger than the photos and was a great place for the group to hang out. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. The hosts were always helpful and responsive. Beautiful neighborhood and house. About a 15 min walk to the main area of king street. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best stay! You can walk to near by places, and door dash. The place was so clean and perfectly decorated! Very functional for our 11 people’s stay! The work with local decorating companies for any party needs as well. Highly recommend also thinking for a couples weekend as well! Love love!

Such a beautiful space for our annual family vacation of 12. It was separated but yet we were all still able to be together. The house was historical and yet updated at the same time. Just beautiful! It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We were so close to everything and able to walk to plenty of things on King and Market Streets.

Our family has a nice time at The Inn’s. We loved the historic structure of the home and did a lot of porch sitting! The house has a great location and is walkable or a short drive/Uber to many spots. Beds were super comfy and there are plenty of bathrooms for the group. If you want a house in the heart of a Charleston with historical character and charm, please consider The Inns.
My only constructive comment would be to bring some extra utensils (forks/spoons)because there isn’t much silverware in the house.
