House is in a great place just a couple blocks off King Street and close to a really great bakery and bagel shop. In fact there is an upscale restaurant right on the corner of the driveway. Highly recommend.

We had a group of 7 stay at this Airbnb and it was exactly what we wanted and needed. It was a perfect walking distance from everything we wanted to do. It was clean and as advertised. The hosts responded very quickly and even dropped off bug spray so we could sit outside. Even though we only stayed two nights, we enjoyed our comfortable stay!

This house looks just like the pictures. The only thing about it is the parking was a little tight to get in and out of. But other than that it was nice being so close to everything. It made the perfect house for my bachelorette trip!

60 Spring St location was an amazing experience. John was ever so responsive handling minor parking issues while getting to our parking inside our private parking area.
Great recommendations on attractions.
The house was amazing and felt homely, which is we thought very important if you are away from your own home. Everything was in place, kitchen was great and the cleanliness was amazing. Good sized beds. All in all we would rent again next time. Thank you John for being an amazing host throughout our stay.

The house was spotless and, as promised, a quick walk to all the King St. action. We met up with relatives who stayed at the nearby Hyatt and it was literally a 3-minute walk. The rooms looked exactly as advertised online and the beds were comfortable. John was peerless as a host, responding quickly to any questions we had. There were a few issues that needed tweaking, all of which were dealt with promptly. The house is sort of hidden at the end of a long driveway/alley, so it initially felt a bit remote, but the flip side was: it was quieter than being on the main drag. It was a great location for seeing Charleston and the parking was free!

We had a group of 10 and had an amazing and comfortable time in this beautiful home! John was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything or had a question which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Great location! Lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The little market on the corner was great when we got in later than expected after our flight was delayed.
John’s place was perfect for the 3 of us! The beds are amazingly comfortable!
Lots of thoughtful touches… toiletries, coffee & filters, plenty of towels.
Be careful on the stairs… they are a little slippery if you’re just wearing socks! Also, there’s no electrical outlet in the upstairs bathroom, so I would suggest putting mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms to make it easier for anyone that wants to do their hair. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Would definitely stay there again!
