This space is the second story unit of a house, and comes with a private balcony! The unit is a 2 bedroom, with 1 full bath.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 10/30 construction has begun in the lot behind the home and the surrounding area that will cause additional noise during the day. We are not made aware of the schedule, but some days can be louder than others with most work being done during the weekdays from around 8am to 5pm. Our rates have been REDUCED and DISCOUNTED to reflect the additional noise that can occur during this neighboring project. Please reach out if you have any questions as to the extent of the construction.

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We had a great stay! It was roomy and beautifully decorated. We were tired and had decided to order pizza and stay in after a long day. The volume on the TV was not working and we reached out for assistance. Not only did we receive assistance on the phone immediately, but a technician was dispatched when the issue didn’t resolve. A kind young man came to fix it and even brought us a new remote later because the original one was not working.
I would definitely stay here again! Great experience.

The location of this house is right on line street which is walkable to lots of places but far enough from the hustle of the French quarter. The bed was comfortable (thank you for this) and we slept so good. We walked our pups across the street often for restroom breaks and that was a plus for us! This house was renovated and was done well. Very clean and came with everything we needed. We would stay here again.

This was a great spot next to a ton of little bars and coffee shops. We especially enjoyed making The Daily part of our morning routine. I would definitely recommend this place for the comfortable beds, nice amenities and host who was quick to respond to any questions.

The house inside was very clean and comfortable. The street the house was on was very busy at night & close to highway. The second night we wanted to go for a bike ride with the bikes that were provided thru the Airbnb but the downstairs person parked a huge suburban truck in the driveway and we were unable to get the bikes around the car. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Beautiful little spot and close to all the action on King street as advertised. Great amenities and SUPER comfortable bed.
You are close to the party section of town so you will hear late night revelers making their way by the place when the bars close. Didn’t bother us as we’re not light sleepers.
There are several properties undergoing various stages of remodel nearby but if you’re a walker, this will be the perfect launching pad for your adventures.

This property was as advertised. Very walkable to everything downtown. Located just off upper King Street, we had lots of choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, etc... all close-by. If you want to walk the length of King Street down to all the historic houses it is only 1.5 miles one-way, so nice day to just stroll, shop, drink, eat, explore. Property was perfect for two couples, surprisingly quiet given its location near busy streets. Easy to access with all the amenities we needed. Host was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Michaels place! The location is super close to plenty of great restaurants and bars and the interior was spotless and up to date. It was a bit noisy due to traffic but the sound machines Michael provided helped. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with lots of walkable dining options. “The Daily” was our go-to breakfast stop before heading out for the day. “Leon’s” was also very close and so good. As some said, road/locals were a bit noisy outside, but that’s part of the drawbacks of a walkable location. Sound machines were provided to assist. Michael sent lots of great info before our trip to assist us.

We had a lovely stay during our first time in Charleston. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, which made up for the very loud car noise outside. The sound machines provided were appreciated. Within walking distance to some good restaurant spots in a hip little area that felt more on the fringe of the historical downtown.

Michael’s place is great! Rustic, comfy, clean, and centrally located. You can walk to plenty. You’re a less than 10 min drive from Ft. Sumter/Aquarium/Battery area. We really enjoyed the location and our time in Charleston!

Micheal's place was so cute and very clean and tidy. Loved staying there and we walked everywhere. Such a great location to get to places. But if you don't care to walk. There are guys they peddle bike you if you like. Or there is other options. Micheal's recommendations for eats were fantastic. We had a wonderful weekend in Charleston and this was the perfect hub!! The beds were amazing to come home to, Ubers were always close and it’s walkable as well. Everything was just as described!! I would stay here again!!
