With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

House was in a great spot. Next to a lot of fun places to go. The only two complaints I have are that there is no ice machine in the freezer and the shower curtain doesn't close completely. Water falls on the floor behind the shower. Damage under tub due to water. Otherwise, the unit is decorated nicely and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful 2 night stay! The place was spotless & the bed was sooo comfy. The pictures & description were very accurate.
The location is in walking distance to many great restaurants & King St.
We rented bikes from build a bike on King St. & rode all over the Charleston historic district. It was GREAT!

We had an incredible time staying here for 3 nights! The inside was even cuter and larger feeling than the photos. We were able to walk to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The Inns was the perfect home away from home for our first trip to Charleston. Check in was a breeze and the apartment was cute, comfortable and had character. The beds are SO comfortable and the ACs kept us cool all night despite 90+ degree weather. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk from plenty of great bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting!

Came to Charleston for a girls trip! I must say this cute little house was amazing! We had the upstairs unit and loved the way you walked up the stairs and it opened up to a great living area! Master bed was comfortable and everything worked amazingly! We were overall pleased with the cleanliness, the location and all of its amenities! Would recommend to anyone! Great price for an entire house and a quick short drive to wherever you wanted to go! We did walk around as well and found great restaurants! The off street parking was the ticket! Very quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed a fun girls trip at this location. The host was super responsive and kind and she offered lots of fun suggestions. The unit was clean, quiet, and had convenient parking for small to mid size cars. It was really hot outside when we visited, so we closed all the blinds to keep the heat level down. The host had provided box fans and AC window units to help keep it cool and comfy. There’s no ice maker or trays, so be sure to bring your own bag of ice when visiting during the hot summer months. The unit is adorable and well stocked. It has great charm and is walkable to a few restaurants. We did drive in and use city parking for most of our adventures. Highly recommend this great host and home.

The location was pretty great. The other attached unit controls the front porch light which was not very cool at night when we would come back and it was pretty dark cuz they turned the light off for some reason. There were only 2 hangars in the entire unit which was a huge bummer. The master bed was really comfortable!!! We did like the outdoor court yard. All in all a good spot.

Charming old home within walking distance to coffee shop, King and Meeting Streets. Lime bike rental close by. Area felt safe, but some traffic noise late night.

Fantastic location, a short walk to everything, yet quiet to stay. The unit itself is great for a family vacation with all the amenities, separate twin beds for kids and well equipped kitchen. The host was very proactive and sent helpful local recommendations - we loved Bistronomy for dinner and The Local for breakfast All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Spring street in Charleston.

We had the most wonderful long weekend in Charleston staying at The Inns. Couldn’t have picked a better location with a wonderful cafe a few doors down and amazing dinner restaurants. Easily walkable to The Battery. Our party consisted of myself, my husband, my brother and my mother and we were all very comfortable and had more than enough space. The back patio was perfect for a cocktail or two. I’d go back and stay at The Inns anytime!
