The Windward House | Folly Beach w/ Heated Pool!
Welcome to the Windward House at Folly Beach! Inspired from a Mediterranean lifestyle and offering a private Saltwater Heated Pool, this expansive property features layers of outdoor spaces to live the comfortable island life with friends or family. The pool is not heated during the months of January and February.

The Windward House is filled with nods to the colorful history of Folly Beach. The property houses a collection of vintage sailing books, nautical décor, and vintage postcards from the 1940s and 50s. The House also includes classic family beach games like bocce ball and Cornhole along with an assortment of adult and kid board games.
The interior design leans into a coastal Mediterranean style with warm wood and earthy tones, natural terracotta tile, and custom European Oak hardwood floors with balanced ocean colors of aqua blue and patina green throughout the house.

Entire Home + Parking + Outdoor Area + Heated Pool (not heated Jan/Feb)
Welcome to one of America's last true beach towns! This fun, laid back area is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. A mecca for great views, great food, and some great surf. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Folly River, you will enjoy 6 miles wide of beaches, surfing, kayaking, boating, and endless sunset views. Beautiful Morris Island is a great spot to take in the sea life and panoramic views. Take a stroll down Center Street in Downtown Folly, which boasts tons of eclectic bars and restaurants that are fun for the whole family.
Folly is very easy to navigate on foot, by bike, or by car! This property is just a 8 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the public beach access. On the way to the beach make sure to stop by Bert's market to load up on beach snacks, or get an Ocean Potion from Loggerhead's Beach Grill. If you ever have your fill of the beach life, Historic Downtown Charleston is just a 20 minute drive away!

- A signed rental agreement is required from every guest upon booking confirmation.
- Beach renourishment is expected to begin in March 2024. During this time, areas of the beach may be temporarily closed and/or impacted. Public beach accesses can be found at nearly every block and/or half block up and down the island. We are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the renourishment. Please contact us or the City of Folly Beach if you would like more information.
- POOL - Please be aware that any guests (or other individuals who use the pool by invitation of the guests) are expressly using the pool at their own risk and accept all responsibility for such use. Neither YOURPAD Charleston nor the property owner shall be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of the pool or adjacent poolside areas.
- POOL HEATING - Please note that the pool is heated September through December unless the temperature drops below 50 degrees at which point it is only heated for guests booking weekend stays not including stays in January or February. Should you be a weekday guest during those drops in temperature, the pool can be heated upon request and for an additional fee. Please inquire and we'd be more than happy to help make the arrangements. The pool heater will not be offered during the months of January & February.
- This is not a party house and pets are not allowed. A $500 fine will be applied if a pet is on the property.
