Location, location, location. This charming, home is in the heart of Charleston and walkable to everything.
Very narrow driveway to a private parking area is so convenient.
This is an older home with modern updates. Very cool place.

Wonderful accommodations - perfect location. Met our needs fully - loved the porches! Perfect place for 7 of us to gather, visit, relax while enjoying each others’ company and all that Charleston has to offer. You can’t beat the location! Right off King street but far enough down where you don’t get the late night noise. Owner was prompt in responding to all of our questions and helpful in making sure our stay was perfect.

Great location. Easy walk to King's St. shopping & dining. John was very responsive. One of the rooms fans was broke upon our arrival & he had a brand new one delivered right away.
We had 6 ladies in the lager units who shared two bathrooms. We made it work. We had two ladies share the smaller unit with one bathroom which worked well. There was a spot for a rental car which was nice if you elect to have one.

This is an old Charleston house with apartments. We had two of them for our party of ten. Two beds and a bath were perfect for my husband and two kids and our cousins had the larger side the the full kitchen and bedrooms. The house is locate right near all of the things you want to be near in Charleston. Best of all, we had three off street parking spaces! I would definitely stay again.

Great location and accommodations! The interior feels historic but updated with modern touches and amenities. It was easy to walk to everything we needed and is perfect if you want to be close to the historic area. We enjoyed the porch with rocking chairs and the charming antiques in the house. As other reviewers have mentioned, this house has two separate units, which worked well for us. One unit has 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, the other unit has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and everything else.

Everything was easy and clean. And unlike most AirBnBs the host didn’t insist we do a bunch of cleaning before check out. All we had to do was load the dishwasher and lock the door on our way out. A great spot for 8 people!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Getting in was really easy which I always appreciate and John is really responsive. The place is really solid too, the location especially but we spent a lot of time on the porch as well. Overall, would definitely recommend if you're coming to Charleston.

We stayed in this house for a bachelorette party this past weekend and it was fabulous! The location cannot be beat. Everything is walkable from this house and very easy to get to. The place itself was very clean with great amenities, and John was a fantastic host! I would highly recommending staying here!

John's place was a fantastic home base for exploring Charleston. The area is safe, close to restaurants, shopping, and some of the most scenic spots.
The driveway is narrow (and between two buildings.) We fit thorough in our Subaru Assent but I'd be worried with a larger car and might park on the street.
