Indulge in a stay at The Monroe on Spring. An entirely-renovated, Historic Charleston manor circa 1885. No expense was spared in the restoration, intended to exude both rich history and modern extravagance.

Just a brief stroll to the iconic King Street, you are truly in the heart of Downtown. Explore the picturesque streets, shop and dine to your heart’s content, and relax in the evenings on the sprawling Charleston porches.

The Penthouse Suite is the entire upstairs of this Victorian dream. Complete with two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two twin bunk beds in the living area, this space sleeps up to 8 people.

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped. Enjoy the amazing Charleston style porch as well. Off-street parking provided (a rarity downtown!). We offer high-speed WiFi and Smart TVs throughout.

You'll have access to the entire upstairs of the home (with a private entrance) and the wrap-around porch. You will not have to share any common areas with the downstairs guests. Parking provided as well!

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This spacious place has cool design details - tasteful decor and very nice fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. The wraparound outdoor porch was shady so a great spot to sit and catch a breeze. We felt this was definitely a bonus to this Airbnb. Good restaurants and coffee shops are all within walking distance if you do not want to drive after arrival. Two parking spots are included (another plus) and Michael quickly secured nearby parking for a third car. He was very responsive and helpful. All in all a great stay.

This is a beautiful 2nd floor apartment in a classic Charleston house - we loved its charm and really appreciated its updates (kitchen, bathrooms.) The location is excellent for exploring Charleston on foot, and there are some great cafes and hangouts in the blocks immediately surrounding the apartment. For the most part it was very quiet, though we did notice some road and drunk pedestrian noise in the master bedroom — the latter only on Thursday night (we were there Sun- Friday.) All in all it was a great visit! One note: this may not be the place for those with mobility issues, as the wood floor is decidedly uneven in places, and the only access is up a long flight of stairs.
