With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

The Inn's was a great solution for our guy's weekend in Charleston. The home was well-positioned relative to CHS nightlife and provided easy access to the neighboring islands, where we enjoyed golf during the day. The accommodations were "as advertised," and we all enjoyed the ample sleeping quarters and privacy of our own baths. The home is ideal for those looking to congregate out and about in CHS and seeking a comfortable place to rest their head at night.

The Inns is a great place for a larger group. We had a sales conference in town and had our entire sales team under one roof: Great team building and invaluable time together. The house is a true "Charleston classic" and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a Charleston experience. Highly recommend.
Just take care of reading the instructions for the parking - this is downtown Charleston and everything is super tight. All good though, it was clear enough and we had enough space.

Had a great stay in Charleston. It was in the heart of the city everything is walking distance. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. Perfect house for a large group, lots of bathrooms which is important when traveling with a group of girls. Great hosts, very responsive and informative. Would definitely stay here again !

My group and I had a wonderful time staying at this house for a long weekend in Charleston. Great location, walking distance to many dining options and shops, and adorably furnished and decorated. The house was spacious with plenty of room for 12 guests. The house came with all the amenities we needed.
Check in and check out was simple and easy. Luggage storage is available on day of check-in which was very helpful for guests who arrived early.
Would definitely stay here again!

For our large group- 13, we had everything we needed. Even though we were on different floors, nice to have an inside door to pass through the floors. The beds were SO comfortable and appreciated the high end linens. Furnishings were up to date/modern and also very comfortable. Nice little patio in the back to sit and have coffee in the mornings. Centralized location, walkable to many restaurants and things to do. There’s a great bagel shop close by for breakfast. We all had a great time and loved this home away from home.

This house was more than perfect for a bachelorette group of 12 girls! Many had their own bedrooms and bathrooms too, so we could have easily fit several more people too. Location wise, this place could NOT have been better. We had a phenomenal little taco spot one block to the right, the best bagel spot I’ve ever been to within 3 blocks, and amazing coffee shops + boutique shopping all within a several block radius. It took approx 9 mins to walk to the thick of the bars + restaurants King St from our house, and we had super easy access to the highway which made getting to and from the airport a solid 15-20 minute drive! Also, the balcony area is bigger than it looks ???? And finally, the hosts were SO responsive and kind, having offered so many recommendations and suggestions that made planning a bach trip truly so easy! highly highly recommend!!!!

Huge house in a great location with modern/updated bathrooms, appliances, etc. Stayed here for a bachelor party with 12 people and we all fit comfortably and had an easy time walking to great restaurants and bars in the area. Highly recommend for big groups!

The Inns was a perfect property for our girls weekend! We were 7 girls and each of us had a private bedroom & bathroom. House was clean, nicely decorated. Only small problem was with locking & entering house. Walkable to Kings St. We would stay again!
