The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10am.
This rental is located in downtown Charleston and with that will come city noise.
Parking is not permitted in the dedicated lot on Sundays from 8am-3pm.

Great location with easy access to downtown. Tasteful and comfortable decor. Sheets were particularly soft!! Parking was right around the corner. Nice bagel shop and small markets very close by.

We loved staying at this Airbnb. It is attached to another unit and we could hear everything through the walls- BUT that is expected with an old home and we wanted the old home feel of Charleston so it was not an issue. We were so happy and satisfied with this home! It was very clean, always had hot water (for 5 people showering!) and had all the amenities advertised. Also very close walking distance to King street which was perfect!

We LOVED staying in this home! John was quick to respond to any email I sent. He also sent information about Charleston to see and do. Combining work and pleasure, the location was near my training and within walking distance of many sights in Charleston for evenings and the extra day of sightseeing tagged on. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is perfect for cooking if needed. PERFECT is the word I would use to describe this home. Would rent again...and again!

Fabulous location! Walking distance to King Street - and Holey City bagels across the street was THE best. Loved the house - super cute and very comfy beds!
