With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This place looked exactly like the photos. The location is great, right by the college and downtown as well as easy access to the highway. The only downfall is the hospital is right next door and the emergency helicopter is super loud if it is in use through the night.

loved this place! super comfortable & well-designed. the wallpaper in each room was a nice touch. wasn't stark, it felt like a home... but also wasn't cluttered, feeling like i was actually in someone else's home - perfectly balanced. the building seems to be a duplex, so you have the entire top floor. we felt safe. the immediate surrounding area wasn't all that interesting to us - a few spots to walk to - but we had a car & there are tons of lots in the main areas of the city so we would just drive in no problem. we loved that the parking spot is right next to the building. had a little wi-fi glitch but the host was super responsive & friendly. would definitely stay here again & have already recommended it to friends!

This location worked great for us. Parking was easy and the area is very walkable, with lots of delicious restaurants to eat near by.
The space was well equipped with everything we needed, although we didn’t spend too much time in the space as we were out and about most of the time.
They were able to provide a pack n play for our baby, and a high chair.

The stay was great. I will say that the parking was a little complicated. The people on the other end of the intercom were a little confused!!! When I entered I tried to explain I was an airbnb guest it wasn’t as easy as the directions indicated. When I tried to leave the parking lot it took me about 5 minutes to explain to the attendant on the intercom where I was and that I was simply trying to exit the parking lot with my car after checkout etc. better parking accessible would be recommended. But overall it was a great stay.
