Great location! Place was clean & had everything we needed. Loved our downtown Charleston experience.
The house and the neighborhood were both awesome
The house and the neighborhood were both awesome! We always felt very safe walking places even late at night. It was very close to King Street and had a lot going on but the immediate area was very quiet. The house was spacious and well cared for. Most importantly it was clean and provided many amenities. We would stay again if we go back to Charleston.

Loved the house. Was even more spacious than pictures showed. Close to good shopping and restaurants. Beautiful house.
This house was perfect for our group
This house was perfect for our group. It was spacious, clean and comfortable and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. We loved having multiple outdoor spaces and a beautiful living room to spend time in. We would definitely come back!

We booked this house for a bachelorette trip and overall had a great time! We had a few pro/con moments for future guests to consider:
Pros:
- Hard to beat the location! Walkable with great restaurants and shopping nearby. Cheap Ubers when it was raining which is a plus.
- Beautiful updated home with great features and amenities.
- Quick responses from the host answering any questions we had.
- We were able to fit 3 small/medium-sized cars in the driveway.
- Safe neighborhood. We felt very safe as a group of younger women staying there.
Cons:
- Loud construction early in the mornings at the house next door. Friday morning they started with loud trucks and banging at 5AM (not sure how that is allowed in a neighborhood).
- The house is older and not well insulated, so you could hear everything happening at the neighbors' houses (construction, talking, music, etc). This woke some of the girls up, as the neighbors were usually active at 2 or 3AM.
