This home is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. It was built before the civil war which is really cool. We had a few minor issues and the host was very helpful even after hours. I highly recommend them.

7 women had a fabulous time in Charleston and enjoyed staying at this location. The house was exactly as described. It was great location for getting around. We drove a lot, but there are multiple walkable restaurants and shopping locations. We walked to bad bunny coffee, by the way, and multiple locations on king street. The French quarter is a short drive. It’s also only 20 minutes from Sullivan’s island and the airport. We visited during a heat wave, but still were able to use the rooftop patio. We also appreciated the extra toiletries, toilet paper, tide pods, etc. we did not need to buy any extra household items. We would definitely stay again!

Beautifully renovated historic Charleston home, all the charm & conveniences. Charleston is a town for Bachelorette and Bachelor groups, so the partyers were pretty loud in the neighborhood. Easy walk to coffee shops and a small market. Perfect for our family reunion weekend!

Great house and location. Walkable to shops, restaurants and cafes. Felt safe. Plenty of room for 4 people. Nice to have your own bathrooms as well.

Loved our stay!! Beautiful home with plenty of space. The home is close to everything. Very walkable area with restaurants, coffee shops, and small grocery stores nearby. The host was very welcoming and proactive.
Spring Street is a great location if you want to be close to downtown Charleston and don’t mind the street
Spring Street is a great location if you want to be close to downtown Charleston and don’t mind the street noise (white noise machines provided by property owner). An included parking space is great to have but I would recommend bringing a compact car if you have an option, which is to be expected on a city street. Great HVAC capabilities despite the house’s historic age so you don’t have to be worried about staying cool during the summer heat! Multiple good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.
Great house and location
Great house and location. Loved that each bedroom had its own private bath. Porches were great as well as the roof top terrace. Terrace was in need of cleaning and an update to furnishings on it. We did have an issue with water and ice from the fridge not working but property managers were quick to fix the issue. How was clean, but living room furnishings need to be updated due to wear and tear. Location was great, walking distance to many great restaurants and King Street businesses. We were unaware of a business and separate rental cottage on property in advance, made the parking area tight and tricky to maneuver.
