Great house and location. Beautiful views of the marsh and Folly Creek in the back and a view of the ocean from the front. Clean and well equipped.

Our family really enjoyed this stay
Our family really enjoyed this stay! We loved being away from all the hustle and bustle of folly beach with an easy walk to a beach with fewer people. Yet, it was easy to get to places to eat and the shops to walk around. This house was exactly as advertised with great hosts. We enjoyed having decks on both sides with nice views. Our family of four was very comfortable. We appreciated small touches like the beach chairs, too!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway in Folly Beach, and being so close to the beach made the experience even better. The property was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and being able to enjoy the beach and everything Folly Beach has to offer while still having a comfortable place to come back to and unwind. It was a great spot for a couples getaway, and we made some really great memories here.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and convenient place to stay in Folly Beach. We would absolutely love to come back! 🌊☀️❤️
We really loved this location and the general layout of the house
We really loved this location and the general layout of the house. It was really ideal for our group of 2 couples. The 2nd bathroom was on the ground level which seemed odd at first but it was fine and worked well for us. Being so close to the beach access as well as to the state park and lighthouse, was perfect. This location is over 3 miles from the center of the island where all the restaurants and shops. But thats exactly what we were looking for as the beaches were wide open even on the weekends. If you are looking for a place which is a walk to the restaurants, this is not the place. If you are looking for something easy to get to, quiet, and relaxing, this is it.

House has the most beautiful marsh views out back, ocean views out front, and the star views above at night -- absolutely spectacular! 💫 Our host had clear, proactive communication and directions, getting in and checking out was a breeze. Has the most comfy beds too! Highly recommend.

The host was very easy to communicate with from start to finish, which made the whole trip feel seamless.
The house sits at the far end of the island, which we loved. The beach was incredibly quiet, and it was a short, easy walk from the house. The home itself is well appointed and very comfortable — everything you need is there, and it feels like a high-end beach house rather than a typical rental.
We drove into Charleston for dinner several nights. Even with the island’s 25 mph speed limit, it only took about 30 minutes each time.
If you’re looking for a high-end beach vacation with a peaceful stretch of sand and easy access to Charleston, we highly recommend this place. Don’t hesitate.
