This place was perfect for my bachelorette this past weekend- it was walkable, has an incredible cafe basically in the front yard, and was roomy and beautiful! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay seamless check in host was extremely quick with responding and very accommodation. The property was beyond clean the second I walked in it was a sigh of relief it smelled good and looked good usually you can easily find something you don’t like with a rental…. I looked I could not find a single thing, this property it’s located near everything at the end of the driveway there is a cafe great spot to grab coffee. I wish I had more time to stay and truly enjoy this property more specifically the 2nd floor balcony with rocking chairs it would’ve made for a great space for a coffee or a nightcap. I look forward to staying here again in the future 10/10 highly recommend.

This house was perfect for a group of 4 couples
This house was perfect for a group of 4 couples! It was exactly as described in the listing. House was clean and well stocked. Location was great - walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping, and Ubers were easily available for further destinations. Host was responsive and amenable. We really enjoyed our stay. I would note that there is a significant construction project going on across the street. It was quiet after hours and on the weekend so it didn’t bother us for the majority of our stay, but during business hours, it was quite loud and the road was closed to through traffic. I’d check with the host on the status if I were to return for a stay during the week.

This is one of the best vacation rental units that I have ever stayed at
This is one of the best vacation rental units that I have ever stayed at. The building genuinely looks like it's 200 years old, but it's like brand new as we learned. I think it was a 2022 or 2023 build, surrounded by buildings that are hundreds of years old. This one fits in so nicely and would fool even a stickler such as myself. The architecture is incredibly accurate and I really appreciate how historic Charleston has kept the integrity while being able to build new buildings. This is an important--actually critical-- reason why we chose to visit a town like Charleston. So thank you for keeping with extremely accurate historic replicas that are so good. This house was extremely clean, and the host was extremely communicative and everything went so smoothly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and spacious. Perfect for a group of moms and daughters on a weekend getaway. King Street is a short walk away and we shopped til we dropped! Certainly a great value considering what we would have spent on multiple hotel rooms. I would absolutely stay here again.
