Located in an accessible area for sightseeing

Phyllis Caces
Located in an accessible area for sightseeing. However a lot of construction around that is noisy and sometimes starts early. Clean space, well kept. Tight parking as described but somewhat manageable with a sedan and needed in the area, since parking is hard to find. Hosts were responsive with any issue.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay

Julianna Wells
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. That being said, there were a few quirks about the property. The sink faucets weren’t properly installed, the TVs were ready to use upon arrival, all posted certifications for the Airbnb were a year out of date (expiring in 2025), and the “driveway” was so small that even fitting in a Toyota Corolla was rough. Nothing major enough to impact our stay, but important to mention. We got this place when it was listed for about $580 less than its usual price. I would not pay full price for this property. However, should you find a deal on this place, absolutely take it! Pretty staging, nice location, and easily walkable.

Wonderful stay, great aesthetics, and had a nice warm feel. Walking distance to just about everything in the neighborhood. Host made the stay easy, would love to stay there again. Thanks again.

Stayed for a long weekend with friends for my 30th - the hosts were proactive with messaging and very clear with instructions on check in/out. Walkable to a ton of bars on upper king. Great value in terms of price. Would stay again!

The company that manages this property was 10/10

The company that manages this property was 10/10. They were so responsive, easy to work with and the place was incredibly clean. They provided us with a pack and play and highchair at no extra cost. Highly recommend!

The location is great

Ryan Shaw
The location is great! Neighborhood feel but walkable to a ton of great food/drink spots. The driveway was the only downside. Our small crossover SUV was too large for the spot and we had to fold the mirrors in, park touching the fence, and squeeze out the passenger side of the vehicle. The description of “extremely tight” doesn’t do it justice. I’d say borderline non functional. The inside was super cute and everything else was spot on.

Loved, loved, loved this place

Loved, loved, loved this place! Perfect for our family of 4, including 2 older teens. Excellent location, several great restaurants just down the block, easy walk to King Street as well as to soccer fields and a basketball court. We would happily stay here again!

This place was in a perfect spot, easy to walk right onto King Street

Alexis Kakar
This place was in a perfect spot, easy to walk right onto King Street. It was very clean in general, especially for an older home. It was pretty spacious inside. I would definitely stay again! Just note that as stated the driveway is extremely narrow. For a CRV sized car we had to pull in and climb out the trunk as it was too narrow to open the car door.
