Preston began his hospitality career while attending Charleston Southern University, earning his degree in Economics in 2001. During his master’s studies at Florida State University, he joined Hilton Worldwide and discovered his passion for Revenue Management—a path that would take him across multiple destinations in the Southeast with both Hilton and Inter Continental Hotels Group.

Outside of work, Preston and his wife, Michell, are active in the local animal rescue community. Their home is often filled with foster kittens from Dorchester Paws, each waiting for the perfect forever family.
