This is a great spot for a large group
This is a great spot for a large group. It’s located walking distance to King Street, which is great.
We had a great visit
We had a great visit! The YOURPAD team was very responsive when we wanted to check in early and also when the heat stopped working (someone came over to fix it very quickly). There is construction across the street, but the noise is reasonable and from the hours of ~830am-430pm so if you are busy during the day it’s not that big of a deal. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, very clean and part of a cluster of beautifully renovated houses that would be great for large groups to rent out.

We had a wonderful family girls weekend celebrating my daughter's birthday! The home was charming, well appointed and looked just like the pictures. It was tucked down a darling brick alley way just 1 block over from King Street. We were easily able to walk to shopping, restaurants, and museums. It was a short Uber to Battery Park and Rainbow Row. Check-in and out was easy. Our host was great with communication, reaching out ahead of time, checking during to see if we needed anything and even left us a hand-written note and bottle of wine knowing we were celebrating a birthday. We will definitely return!

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed, there was even a Christmas tree 🎄 and some goodies left for us.
There was some construction noise at 7am on our first morning, which was less than ideal. Especially as we had travelled from St Augustine.
However the host was very responsive and gave us a partial refund.
They also made sure there was no construction noise the following morning, which was much appreciated.

Wonderful location. Cute coffee shop in front. Walkable to King Street and great shopping/eating choices. Would definitely stay here over hotel stay.

Construction is directly across the street and LOUD
Construction is directly across the street and LOUD. Jackhammers start at 5:30am. It was nearly impossible to go into the alley due to trash cans and street parking. There is only one parking space and there is no street parking without getting towed. The unit is clearly under renovation. There is no hot water for shower so none of our guests were able to shower.
