We had a great stay in Charleston
We had a great stay in Charleston! This place is exactly as described and in a great location - close enough to King Street if you want to walk to shops/restaurants and close to other attractions as well. There are 2 great coffee shops within a couple blocks. The beds are very comfy! If you are a light sleeper, there is a bit of road noise on the street side, but to be expected in the city. The hosts were super responsive and friendly!

This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood in Charleston, close to King Street. I was slightly worried from the listing that it would be loud, but it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the home had all the basic amenities needed to cook (although, Charleston has the best food so don’t cook! Ha). I also loved having a washer and dryer in unit. The host was responsive and kind.

The place is lovely and the photos accurately reflect the style of the space
The place is lovely and the photos accurately reflect the style of the space. However, the listing showed a dining area with a table and chairs that was not actually available, and it also didn’t mention that the unit was located on a second floor. The check‑in process was not flexible either. I understand the place needed to be cleaned, but the cleaning window from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. felt excessive. Four to five hours would have been reasonable, and if they weren’t going to be ready earlier, it would have helped to clearly communicate that they wouldn’t notify me when the unit was ready. Setting expectations matters. What also made me uncomfortable was being asked to leave a 5‑star review because they had already done so for me. As a former host, I believe reviews should be honest and based on real experiences, not exchanged. With clearer communication, the stay could be much better.

Everything was as expected and more! Management was prompt, courteous, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, would highly recommend. Great location. At one point the a/c wasn't working well. I texted them, they immediately replied, and a maintenance man came and fixed it first thing in the morning. Couldn't have asked for better service!

The house is in a perfect location-far enough from all the noise of the city events, but close enough to walk and enjoy the downtown restaurants and bars. We also found a great coffee shop around the corner where we could grab a coffee and begin our day. I loved that the home offered 2 king size beds for our group. We reached out for some extra bedding and had a response within 15 minutes and the item within the hour. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to any of my friends or family. We had a fabulous time in Charleston!

This place is amazing
This place is amazing! The location is perfect; close enough to downtown but away from the noise! You can easily walk to downtown Charleston and nearby spots, though having a car is handy for exploring a bit further out. Inside, it’s beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The beds are very comfortable, and the space is perfect for 2–4 people. We loved having a patio to eat breakfast on, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was fantastic and super easy to get in touch with. They made us feel welcome with a bottle of wine, chocolate, and a thoughtful note. We truly can’t say enough good things and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Charleston!
