This place is in the heart of downtown Charleston perfect location for King Street
This place is in the heart of downtown Charleston perfect location for King Street. Great for a couple or an individual. The apartment has been updated and the furnishings and decor are fantastic. Parking was easy and it was a quick In-N-Out based on the first floor location will definitely stay there again.
Taylor was a great host
Taylor was a great host. He was extremely responsive and always gave clear instructions on how to get in/out of the property. It was also a great room that I would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Charleston.

The rental was nicely decorated and we felt we were safe walking the neighborhood with local eateries nearby
The rental was nicely decorated and we felt we were safe walking the neighborhood with local eateries nearby. The bed was very comfortable and amenities were available as described in the listing.
The unit's thermostat was at 80 degrees when we arrived and it was an unusually warm day. We could not get the thermostat to cool . Taylor was responsive and we sent pictures of the thermostat to ensure we were on the right mode. Taylor assured us we were but did send out their technician . Unfortunately, it remained warm and uncomfortable. Surprisingly, they did have two oscillating fans in the room, so we had them available to use, but despite this,the night was stuffy and uncomfortable. It was better our second night after a second technician came to assist with the HVAC in addition to the temperature dropping down outside into the 30s.
We had two very good dinners at the Grocery and Fleets Landing and enjoyed the holiday celebrations in the city.
