Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Walking around is one of the joys of visiting Charleston, many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. The more historic areas are easy to get to via Uber or Lyft or CARTA buses, which have a stop two driveways away. For those that are more adventurous, bike rentals are available in town.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb. The location is fantastic, so close to King Street and very walkable to iconic spots like Holey City Bagels. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, and the host was kind, professional, and extremely responsive throughout our stay. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Parking was also a huge plus, with a designated spot and driveway, which made everything even more convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

A great stay in Charleston! The apartment was comfortable and furnished with elegant antique pieces. The neighborhood was really walkable with great bagels and coffee nearby. A good value overall given how expensive local hotels can be.

Great, comfortable place. Ideally located, everything walkable. Robert was a terrific host -- responsive and helpful. We were visiting our granddaughter and this turned out to be a perfect spot for us - 5 minute walk to her house.
