Great location! Quick walk to King Street and the bagel place across the street was a win! Great house for a girls trip
The house was fine, however not meant for 12 people
The house was fine, however not meant for 12 people. The pullout couch upstairs was completely broken with all the springs missing and fell onto the floor, we had to have the person who was supposed to sleep there on an air mattress in one of the bedrooms, had a hard time finding the sheets, and saw 3 or 4 cockroaches inside. For the price i would’ve expected better.

Perfect location just far enough off King Street to be quite
Perfect location just far enough off King Street to be quite, but close enough to get to anything within a quick walk. Booked for a wedding party of 10 and it met our needs perfectly.
We loved staying here
We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family reunion of 11 adults and an infant. It was great for everyone to have their own bedroom with a private bathroom. And it would be hard to beat the location.

We really enjoyed our stay! Had four couples total and we all had our private spaces. We walked to many places. Super convenient location! Great communication with host. :)
Our girls stay at 209 Coming St was perfect
Our girls stay at 209 Coming St was perfect. There were five women who each had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable for us. We walked everywhere we wanted to go for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. We all gave the house a 5 star rating!!
