The place was in an amazing location with a ton of walkability
The place was in an amazing location with a ton of walkability. Great for large groups since there is a ton of space. The only thing that I would mention is that the AC was leaking and there was a ton of water on the floor that we had to constantly clean up with a towel…some of the rooms were also pretty hot and the split AC unit wouldn’t work too well. It was a hot summer and it can happen to any place. other than that, it was a great stay.
Great deal and great location
Great deal and great location. Right above a brewery and allowed us to walk to King Street easily. Roughly 10 minutes to all of the local bars and shops. Place was clean and as described in the photos.

It was cool enough on hot days, but be forewarned the AC is very loud
It was cool enough on hot days, but be forewarned the AC is very loud. The room with two queen beds had no AC. No bathroom doors latched or locked closed. The queen bed bedrooms bathroom didn't even have a door handle. There is tight parking.
The front door is where the laundry is located at the bottom of a very tall wooden staircase up to the airbnb. The stacked dryer is difficult to set if you're not tall.
It was a great space for lots of us to be together when a family death required sudden travel to CHS. The fridge was large & had lots of space. Closets were a small 12" peg sticking out from the wall with a few hangers on them. There was no iron or ironing board. No hand soap in half the bathrooms. One toilet & toilet seat was not attached - we had to tighten it ourselves. One shower knob face fell off. One bed upstairs had hair in it upon arrival. The rugs slide under your feet so be careful. Ceiling AC tube dripped water so we laid towels down along dining wall in dining rm.

This stay was beautiful! Very comfortable for the 9 of us. Also in a nice, walkable area. Would definitely stay again.

Our group had a wonderful time and the place fit our needs. We also found a cute coffee shop nearby that was incredible, Daniela’s Downtown. We loved the vibe of the neighborhood and thought the layout and design was just what we wanted.

This space was very nice and accomodated our large family. This space offered a historic vibe but had many modernized features. Plenty of space for everyone, we truly enjoyed our stay!
The apartment is on the second and third floors of a venerable building
The apartment is on the second and third floors of a venerable building. It is tastefully decorated and has a well-equipped, modern kitchen, three modern baths, plenty of comfortable seating. The off-street parking is a big plus. Everything was clean and comfortable. Richard responded within minutes to my inquiry about restaurants. It is located near downtown, a few blocks away from the Medical University of South Carolina and within walking distance of restaurants and excellent bagels. A Publix supermarket is a short drive away.
The price of this lodging was very reasonable considering the amenities, certainly more economical than the five hotels rooms we would have otherwise needed, and we could eat breakfast in our pajamas. I highly recommend it to families and other travel groups.
Cute place
Cute place! Stayed for a bachelorette trip! Fit 11 people well! Didn’t feel overcrowded or anything! Host was AWESOME responded fast was even able to work out an early check in with us since our flight landed early!! Would definitely stay at again!
