This was a lovely place to stay place to stay
This was a lovely place to stay place to stay. The bedrooms were very large with plenty of clean storage space. It was in the high 90s when we were there and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. It had sort of a Zen feeling with minimalistic decor and a light misty blue color on the walls we could walk to everything in the downtown area. I would highly recommend anyone staying here. There were only two of us, however it would easily accommodate four.
The location of the apartment is ideal and it has parking so you can easily walk to Bay street shopping
The location of the apartment is ideal and it has parking so you can easily walk to Bay street shopping and restaurants. It is very nicely appointed and has a balcony. We stayed specifically because they allowed pets.
I believe the ownership of the property just changed hands so our issues hopefully will be worked out: There were no fires alarms, just wires hanging down from the ceiling. Our main issue was that we were given the wrong address and there were two entry codes in the email. Luckily we were able to call the property company - we had to call twice - but they did answer and were apologetic. After wandering around and practically breaking into a hotel two doors down, we finally were able to find the proper parking space and gain entry into the apartment.

This was a perfect spot for the stay. Everything was walkable to good food and local shopping. Will stay there again for our next trip.

Great location and excellent hosts. Very comfy beds and nice linens. Very short walk to the bay.

Perfect location for walking to downtown Beaufort. Convenient parking in the back. Very clean and comfortable. Blackout curtains are a nice touch. Exactly like the pictures. As mentioned there is some noise from the street but it didn't wake me. We enjoyed the balcony.
We loved our stay at Richard's apartment
We loved our stay at Richard's apartment. It was the perfect size for our family of three. The apartment was clean and had very comfortable beds and bedding. It was in a good location and very walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants. Having a dedicated parking space is always a plus, too!! Richard is a great host and was always quick to respond to any correspondence. We would definitely stay here again!!
