We really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, open, and very comfortable for our group. Everything was generally very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was thoughtfully stocked with amenities that made our stay easy and enjoyable.
We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay. We briefly lost hot water, and the batteries in the front-door lock needed to be replaced. Our host was extremely responsive and had their maintenance person address both issues very quickly, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a very positive experience. The home was comfortable, quiet, well-equipped, and a great place for our group to stay, and the host’s quick communication and responsiveness when something came up made a big difference. We would definitely consider staying here again.
We had such a great stay
We had such a great stay! The house was so cute and worked really well for our group of 10 girls. The location is a little removed from the thick of King Street and the main tourist areas, which we actually enjoyed. There are lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and it was nice to experience a different part of Charleston. Just keep in mind that on a really hot day, the walk into the heart of King Street can feel a little daunting!
What really stood out, though, was the service. We had a couple of unexpected issues during our stay with the AC and hot water, and the response was absolutely impeccable. Both times, they had someone at the house incredibly quickly — I think within about 15 minutes — and were extremely responsive and helpful.
Things inevitably come up with any property, so for us, it’s much more about how they’re handled, and we couldn’t have asked for a better response. We would absolutely stay here again!
Beautiful home in a great neighborhood
Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Many of Charleston best restaurants are a short walk away.. Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Wild Common, etc. Looking forward to coming back here again!

Perfect
Perfect!! This place made my birthday girls getaway unforgettable with a great open space for everyone! The whole group was able to comfortably hang out together. The location was fantastic! Close to the action but we felt very safe. Communication with the host was also super easy and they had a quick response time. Highly recommend!
