perfect spot for hosting family in Charleston. lots of privacy, and close to everything
be aware that it is a little noisy in the one room close to the street. this is par for the course for a historic building close to the action. i used ear plugs and slept like a log. the rooms away from the street were pretty quiet
The place was just as advertised
The place was just as advertised. They were very responsive with every little thing, as there just a couple questions. I would recommend this company and place to anyone in the future. The surroundings are changing and it is going to be an even better place to stay in the future.

Great space in a great location
Great space in a great location! The only downside of this rental is its maintenance. While part of the charm of the house is that it’s a traditional old Charleston house, it could be better taken care of. Washing machine wasn’t working well, couch is a bit broken and uncomfortable, several of the window blinds dysfunctional, porch was not cleaned before our arrival…
Other than that, it’s a really sweet house, very comfortable, in a truly great location. If the maintenance is better, it would be PERFECT.

This place had a very convenient location
This place had a very convenient location. We found it clean and cozy for our stay. Keep in mind the parking is a very tight squeeze here and if it’s forecasted to be cold, bring the warm PJ’s! This old home doesn’t hold heat well and we were very cold downstairs even with the heat on. We had a few issues that came up but YourPad was very quick to response and solve them best they could in a timely manner! That’s all we could ask for.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient for walking into downtown Charleston and exploring everything the city has to offer. Being that close to everything made our trip so easy and enjoyable.
That said, I’m used to living in a more secluded, quiet area, so the normal sounds of the city were a little much for me at times and did affect my rest some. If you’re accustomed to city living, it likely won’t bother you, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.
Parking is a bit tight, but we were able to manage it without too much trouble.
The home itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The hosts were extremely friendly and always prompt in responding to any questions or needs we had, which made the experience even better.
Overall, a great place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of Charleston!
