Amazing communication from the host
Amazing communication from the host! Very much appreciated. The fact they let us store luggage before and after check in/out was nice. This house is very simple, but clean and a perfect size for a large group. We appreciated the large bathrooms and large common space in the living room/dining room. It is a bit of a far walk from King Street, but we found some super cute food and bars that were way closer.

We enjoyed our stay in Charleston and were thrilled to work with such responsive hosts. This house met the basic needs of our large group, with bed space available for 13 people total. We were somewhat surprised that the house had some notable charms of being an older build - the floors are slanted, the bunk bedroom door falls open spontaneously, and the bathrooms have some mold under the shower handles and along the floor. Given the price range we were slightly disappointed, however we had an amazing stay, felt safe in the area, and had easy walking access to most of downtown Charleston. We truly appreciated how responsive our hosts were, though were also disappointed that early check in could not be accommodated despite reaching out several weeks in advance. Would certainly recommend considering this house for a large group stay and would definitely work with YOURPAD again!

It also includsd parking that we were not aware of until we got there. Spots were tight but better than having to look for parking in the street.

We had a great time here for my bachelorette trip this weekend. We all enjoyed the house and had plenty room for all 10 people! House is older so you can hear noises and people talking outside really easily. The host is amazing and very quick to response to any thing. We messaged to stage that the fire alarm battery was dying and they had someone there to replace them within half a hour.
