And historic home with comfortable yet elegant furniture. The beds were wonderful and the linens so soft. Everything was included to make the stay so convenient. Helpful and responsive hosts. We walked everywhere and a few times took an Uber, and had the most fun girl time in Charleston, going to baseball, eating out, shopping, visiting Fort Sumter. It was just wonderful. Highly recommend this location to really feel like you have lived in Historic Charleston. Will be back!

This is an excellent property to stay in if you are visiting the Charleston area. It is within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and various different shopping venues. It has a dedicated parking spot just about a minute walk around the corner which was fantastic. Although I did no cooking, it certainly appeared that if you wanted to cook, all of the appropriate utensils are available. Beds were extremely comfortable. The property in general was very comfortable and every time that I returned, I felt as if I was home. There were only a couple of issues. The door was sometimes difficult to open with the key due to having to pull on the door while turning the key. Sometimes it worked perfectly first time, however there were times when I thought that I wouldn't be able to get in. It may be to do with the heat and humidity expanding the wood. The other issue is totally my own issue and may not affect others at all. I live in a secluded neighborhood with little, if any, noise at night. The street had quite a bit of traffic which I am not used to but is to be expected. However, I wasn't expecting that people would have long conversations on the sidewalk that were quite loud and disruptive when trying to sleep. One last night lasted for nearly 45 minutes an started at 3 AM. No fault of the owner though. Sound machines were available but they also keep me awake. Again, all my personal issues. That being said, I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat.
Great old, well kept house in an up and coming area
Great old, well kept house in an up and coming area. Lots of super cute walkable restaurants and shops and a short walk to king street. Construction happening across the street for some beautiful apartments which will further improve the area. The house itself was clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was down the street behind a sketchy abandoned building but was grateful for it - when the other 2 tenants left room for us to park - some clear lines on the ground would be helpful so everyone has room. It was a heatwave when we were there and the AC works almost too good! I was shivering!

Great location, great beds, great AC. Great bathrooms. But construction across the street was a bit annoying because it’s throughout the night. The utensils can be updated. Parking was a bit tight if you have an SUV.

Great location, home, and communication. Very comfortable and easy to get in and out. The location was close to the free bus line, and walkable to lots of good restaurants. I appreciated the small touches, free coffee included, and overall character of the home.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—we could easily walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown attractions, while still enjoying a quiet and charming neighborhood. The home had plenty of space for our group, and the private courtyard was a great place to relax after a day of exploring Charleston. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!
